Bunday vaziyatlarda o\u2018z huquqlarini bilish va tegishli tashkilotlarga murojaat qilish muhim ahamiyatga ega.<\/h4>\n<p>Yaqinda O\u2018zbekiston tumanida yashovchi fuqaro A.D. ichimlik suvi ta&#8217;minoti bo\u2018yicha hisoblangan qarzdorlikdan norozi bo\u2018lib, iste&#8217;molchilar huquqlarini himoya qilish jamiyatiga murojaat qildi. Murojaatda uning xonadoniga nisbatan katta miqdorda qarzdorlik hisoblangani, biroq bu qarzning asosliligi yuzasidan shubhalari mavjudligi bildirilgan.<\/p>\n<p>Murojaatni o\u2018rganish maqsadida O\u2018zbekiston tuman iste&#8217;molchilar huquqlarini himoya qilish jamiyati mutaxassislari hamda suv ta&#8217;minoti korxonasi xodimlari ishtirokida joyiga chiqqan holda o\u2018rganish o\u2018tkazildi. O\u2018rganish davomida suv hisoblagichining texnik holati, qiyoslov hujjatlari, to\u2018lovlar tarixi va abonent ma&#8217;lumotlari o\u2018rganildi.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2018rganish jarayonida iste&#8217;molchining suv hisoblagichi belgilangan tartibda o\u2018rnatilgani, hisoblagich qonuniy tarzda qiyoslovdan o\u2018tkazilgani hamda iste&#8217;molchi tomonidan to\u2018lovlar amalga oshirib kelingani ma&#8217;lum bo\u2018ldi. Shu bilan birga, suv ta&#8217;minoti korxonasining ma&#8217;lumotlar bazasiga hisoblagichning zavod raqami va markasi texnik xatolik sababli kiritilmagani aniqlandi.<\/p>\n<p>Mazkur xatolik oqibatida iste&#8217;molchining shaxsiy hisob raqami bo\u2018yicha asossiz qarzdorlik shakllangan. Muammo yuzasidan tegishli dalolatnomalar rasmiylashtirilib, ma&#8217;lumotlar qayta ko\u2018rib chiqildi. Natijada hisob-kitoblarga aniqlik kiritildi va iste&#8217;molchini bezovta qilib kelgan muammo ijobiy hal etildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ushbu holat har bir iste&#8217;molchi uchun muhim saboq bo\u2018la oladi. Kommunal xizmatlar bo\u2018yicha hisob-kitoblarda tushunmovchilik yoki asossiz qarzdorlik aniqlangan taqdirda, avvalo xizmat ko\u2018rsatuvchi tashkilotdan rasmiy tushuntirish talab qilish, zarurat tug\u2018ilganda esa iste&#8217;molchilar huquqlarini himoya qilish jamiyatlariga murojaat etish maqsadga muvofiq.<\/p>\n<p>Unutmaslik kerakki, iste&#8217;molchi o\u2018z huquqlarini himoya qilish, xizmat sifati va hisob-kitoblarning to\u2018g\u2018ri yuritilishini talab qilish huquqiga ega.
