Mazkur nuqson haqida do`kon sotuvchilariga murojaat qilganida esa, ulardan \u201c<em>Ta\u02bcmirlatib oling<\/em>\u201d, &#8212; degan javobni eshitgan. Ushbu holatdan norozi bo`lgan fuqaro muammoli holatni yechimini topilishida amaliy yordam so`rab, O`zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining ishonch telefoniga murojaat qilgan.<\/p>\n<p>Murojaat tegishliligi bo`yicha Marg`ilon shahar iste\u02bcmolchilar huquqlarini himoya qilish jamiyati mutaxassislari tomonidan o\u02bcrganib chiqilishi jarayonida ma\u02bclum bo`lishicha, iste\u02bcmolchi uyali telefon apparatini xarid qilganda so`ng bir-ikki kun o`tgach uning ovoz kuchaytirgichi ishlamayotganligi masalasida do`kon sotuvchilariga o`z e\u02bctirozlarini bilan murojaat qilgan. Do`kon sotuvchisi M. Mo`sajonovning o`rganish ishlari jarayoniga tushuntirish berishicha, nuqson arzimas nosozlik ekanligi, agar servis xizmatiga murojaat qilinsa, nuqsonni bepul bartaraf etib berishlari mumkinligini yoki telefon apparatini qoldirib ketsa, servis markazida ta\u02bcmirlatib berish ishlarini ular ham amalga oshirishlari mumkinligini aytgan. Lekin iste\u02bcmolchi telefonni almashtirish talabini qo`yib, telefonni servis xizmatida sozlatishga rozi bo`lmagan.<\/p>\n<p>O`rganish jarayonida sotuvchilarga mazkur holatda amaldagi \u201cIste\u02bcmolchilarning huquqlarini himoya qilish to`g`risida\u201dgi qonunga asosan iste\u02bcmolchining huquqlari, sotuvchilarning majburiyatlari yuzasidan tushuntirish berildi. Sotuvchilar yuzaga kelgan muammoli holatni bartaraf qilish uchun telefonni boshqa maqbul sifatdagisiga almashtirib berish taklifini berdilar. Iste\u02bcmolchi ushbu taklifga rozi bo`ldi.
