Buyurtma bo\u2018yicha keltirilgan taomni iste&#8217;mol qilmoqchi bo\u2018lganida, undan biroz nojo\u2018ya hid kelayotganligini sezgan. Bu haqda o\u2018zini e&#8217;tirozini bildirganida esa oshxona xodimlaridan biri unga nisbatan qo\u2018pol muomalada bo\u2018lib, tovuq go\u2018shtini hammasida shu kabi ozgina hid kelib turishini aytadi. Hattoki, buyurtma qilingan taomdan o\u2018zi yeb ko\u2018rsatib, hech qanday hid yo\u2018qligini ham &#171;namoyish qilgan&#187;. Mijozga nisbatan hurmatsizlikni bir yo\u2018la oxirigacha yetkazib qo\u2018yishni niyat qilgan oshxona xodimi, unga boshqa taom berilmasligini, e&#8217;tirozi bo\u2018lsa yuqori turuvchi tashkilotlarga shikoyat qilishi mumkinligini ham qo\u2018shimcha qilgan.<\/p>\n<p>Amaldagi qonunchilik talablariga, xususan &#171;O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasida umumiy ovqatlanish mahsulotlari (xizmatlarni) ishlab chiqarish va sotish qoidalari&#187;ning 17-bandiga ko\u2018ra, mazkur holatda oshxona mas&#8217;ul xodimi, iste&#8217;molchining tanloviga ko\u2018ra, belgilangan kamchiliklarni bepul bartaraf etish, kulinariya mahsuloti (xizmatlar) uchun to\u2018lov miqdorini kamaytirish, qo\u2018shimcha haq to\u2018latmasdan xuddi shunday taomni, kulinariya mahsulotini tayyorlash (xizmatni takroran bajarish), iste&#8217;molchining sifatsiz kulinariya mahsuloti sotib olish (xizmatlarni bajarish) bilan bog\u2018liq xarajatlarini to\u2018liq qaytarish kabi choralardan birini ko\u2018rishi lozim edi.<\/p>\n<p>Iste&#8217;molchining murojaatini oshxona rahbari ishtirokida o\u2018rganish davomida mijoz bilan munosabatda xodimlar tomonidan yo\u2018l qo\u2018yilgan kamchiliklar, ushbu holatdagi qonunchilik talablari bo\u2018yicha tushuntirish ishlari olib borildi.
